What I thought from the research of an Italian family and food culture

In my class, I researched the eating habits of an Italian family.

The family ate pasta almost every day, and from this I learned that it is customary for Italians to eat pasta as a staple food.

Rice is still the staple food of the Japanese, but I think that the percentage of Japanese who actually eat rice every day is decreasing due to the adoption of diverse food cultures.
Japanese people have adopted many food cultures from overseas, and often cook them to suit Japanese tastes, so I think this flexibility is a good thing. However, I think that we are losing the inheritance of Japan's unique food culture. Since food culture is an important part of each country's culture, I feel that we need to continue to inherit our own culture while adopting the best parts of the countries around us.
