In this article, I'm going to introduce an easy-to-make, low-calorie pudding recipe that is perfect for people like me.
The recipe is very simple, so please try it!!!
Ingredients: eggs (2), soy milk (200ml), cane sugar (1 tablespoon),
vanilla essence (3 drops), black honey (to taste), kinako (to taste)
Materials needed: mixing bowl (2) microwave oven whisk colander
Directions: Break the egg into a bowl and mix to avoid foaming.
Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix further.
Gently add unadjusted soymilk and mix.
After straining with a colander, put it in a heat-resistant container and wrap it gently. Heat one by one in a microwave oven at 500W for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
After removing the rough heat, cool it in the refrigerator for about 1
hour and sprinkle with black honey to complete.
※The heating condition may vary depending on the model of the
microwave oven you are using, the type of heat-resistant container,
and the condition of the ingredients. While checking the situation,
heat while adjusting the heating time if necessary.
Serving suggestions: You can chill it or take it out of the
microwave and eat it a little later. It is also delicious to use maple
syrup instead of black honey.
